Who called me from this phone number (303) 741-7890

Constantly calls using caller ID "CBI" or the Colorado Bureau of Investigation. Wants to lower interest rates on all credit cards. Have blocked caller and they still keep on coming. I called the real CBI and they will investigate if enough people report them.
