Insurance company calling to have insured update their info with their pharmacy. Problem is ... the name of the family they mentioned does not live at this phone number. Messed up robocaller?
I did not answer. I live in MO the call said it was from Delaware. This was a legit call from my insurance company, Anthem, reminding me to update my insurance info at the pharmacy because they are changing to Ingenio RX for all the prescription services.
This is NOT a RoboCall. It is to remind all Anthem members to updated their member information at the pharmacy as they are moving to Ingenio RX for all the prescription services.
Answered the call, it was automated. Said they were my health insurance? My insurance company wouldn’t be calling from Delaware? I’m in Washington state. Asked if this was said household, I didn’t answer, I hung up.
