Got a call from 3029078434?
They keep having someone else call and claim i am gonna be served civil court papers as I am being taken to court and even gave me a case number that I looked up and found nothing have told me twice they are coming to my job or residence but nope and give me deadlines. Telling me to call the attorney suing me but hmm I have worked the same job 6 years lol no one shows and all my bills are paid so why would I get sued I am just over fraud calls its annoying and stressful this is why I don't answer any phone calls
I thought this was a scam i ignored this now they take my money from pay dam JERKS!!!!!!!
supposed fraud on a payday loan, owed pymts. claimed they mailed notices and emailed an active email. asked to send email again, but refused. gave them my attorney's information.
Caller said I was listed as an emergency contact for a "Chris Levi." I said I didn't know anyone by that name and blocked the number.
I received a call from 302-907-8434 saying they have all of my information and that I was being charged with Fraud because I received a loan to a bank account I never had. These people had my social security number and address. please beware!!! this is totally fraud. I blocked the number and will keep my eyes out for anything done to my credit
I get these calls every other day. We have no debt, we are no outstanding balances, none of our bills are behind. I just delete and block caller. If it was something serious I should get certified mail. Hate these calls, soooooo annoying.
Said she was calling from Sullivan and Associates about court papers. Harassing family with calls as well.

caller claimed to be sending authorities out to my home to confirm the person (I haven't seen in at least 10 years)they were looking for was not there. Would no give name or organization - called on cellphone at 1:30PM CDT 11-10-2020 I believe it was a debt collector.
