Business Online Advertising aims to please all its clients. We have a non aggravation policy regarding unhappy clients; even clients agreeing to our services. We offer 100% customer satisfaction, even if it means cancelling agreements we were in our right to proceed upon. We have a tremendous business relationship with thousands of satisfied customers. We also gladly oblige the small percentage who wish to terminate a contract they or their representative may have made with us. We do, however, offer our sincerest apologies for any misunderstandings that may have taken place under these specific circumstances. Yours truly, Megan Johnson Director of Customer Service
