Who called me from this phone number (302) 526-4442

Called and I didn't answer so then they texted my phone threatening to put a PI on me and threatening to invade my privacy and harass my family, friends, coworkers and neighbors. Then attached names and numbers and ages of family members to the text message (when this is personal info). Also current and previous addresses were attached to this text. Then assured me they could save me money on a debt of over $21K that I don't even owe. The text also had a case number on it saying to call back immediately and refer to that case number.
