Who called me from this phone number (302) 425-9815

The Number is a US VoIP number but is registered to a company in Greece. Definitely a scam, the number was linked in an email that was notifying me of a purchase I made (I didn't) and the number is supposed to be their "fraud" department... SCAM.

email claiming to be Norton Utilities. I never bought it. Says they are renewing. Obviously I am not going to call their number.
