Said they were from BIDMC and wanted to confirm information before telling me the reason for my call. Wanted my full name and DOB which I declined to offer.
Said they were from Beth Israel hospital in Boston even though this was a Delaware number. Wanted me to 'confirm' who i was first and asked for DOB. Did not provide.
