Who called me from this phone number (302) 219-1659

The Do Not Call violators keep calling ( sales ..usually "health insurance " ) from different States but the same robo scam call attempts ...this one on a Sunday morning .,..total fraud scammers violating the law and expecting us to consider any of the frauds they sell .
