They claim to be a debt collector but I think it’s a scam. It doesn’t ring if you call back. They demanded I pay today or I’ll lose all banking abilities with all banks for 20 years. They gave me a debt from 2015, with a name I haven’t had in 12 years and my childhood address from 20 years. Told me it was my fault I never updated my information when I never had a card or account without my unmarried name and was too young to at the address. Plus the date they gave was past my states limitations to sue. She told me I was a thief and could also go to jail.
