Who called me from this phone number (302) 204-8427

I received a call from +1 (302) 204-8427 and they claimed to have a civil suit against me. They claimed that they were calling from Wells Fargo. They threatened to make it impossible for me to ever have a checking account u less I paid them $4,560.00. This is a fraudulent call!
