Who called me from this phone number (301) 861-0573

Ditto...probably a recorded message to my voicemail.

I got the same exact scam call. Caller ID was 240 468 4922. Caller said he was Jim wanting to buy my property as is - told me to call 301 861 0573

SCAM "Hey, it's Jim. I'm interested in purchasing a property that I believe you own. I think I had called you once before. Anyways, you want to sell give me a call at 301-861-0573. Again, my number is 301-861-0573. And I'd love to make you an offer I can buy the house as is. Thanks."

Same message from Jim that everyone else is getting. Wants to buy my property as is.

I got the exact same voicemail as the ones described above. The caller ID says the number was 240-786-9659. The number listed on the voicemail is 301-861-0573. I have no idea who Jim is nor have I ever said to anyone that we would like to sell our home. I doubt he would pay our asking price anyhow.

The call came from 443-557-1773 and the message left was, Hey, it's Jim. I'm interested in purchasing a property that I believe you own. I think I had called you once before. Anyways, you want to sell give me a call at 301-861-0573..." Call back gets an answering machine. This guy is a pain in the ass.

Just got the same call from Jim. Said he'd talked to me before (not true), thinks I own "this property" that he's interested in (didn't specify my house), call him back if I'm interested in selling. Same deal with numbers -- calls from one, call back to another. Can't imagine where he goes from there if you actually answer!

Jim called from 240-780-3576 and asked for call back at 301-861-0573 wanting to purchase my home as is. He stated he's called before. Get a life Jim!

I received the same message tonight. Jim said he'd talked to me before and wanted to buy my house. Sounded fishy as he called from one number and his message said to call him at 301-861-0573.

I received the same call today on my home phone and yesterday on my cell phone stating he wants to buy my home.

This guy called me from number 301-375-2217 but left vm to call him back at 301-861-0573 wanting to buy my house. I didn't call back, but researched the numbers. His name is James Kenneth Shelton, address 13627 Water Fowl Way Upper Marlboro, MD 20774. The landline he called from 301-375-2217 is located in Bryans Road, MD. This is likely a scam or predator.

Message from guy named Jim wanting to by my house. Called from one number but left this number to call back. I called both numbers and got answering machine that just says hey it’s Jim sorry I missed your call leave a message.
