Similar to the one on Jan 4, I got a call saying they were calling on behalf of BCBS Anthem and when I called Inovlan back they said they had not one named Helen working there and did not use reference numbers, so seems like a scam to me.
I've received multiple calls saying they are calling on behalf of Horizon BC/BS and verifying address for medical records.
It’s legit calling on behalf of Anthem to verify providers and location
Someone called saying was from Anthem Blue Cross in Georgia to verify address for medical records.
