Who called me from this phone number (301) 798-6856

I keep getting calls from this number and I have blocked it some time ago. The phone, none the less, rings one time and is very annoying and often disturbing along with numerous other calls I get on a daily basis. Phone service has gone from a convenience to an annoyance and is no longer worth the cost. Shame on Verizon and other providers!
