Who called me from this phone number (301) 798-6490

Received a text message from this telephone number. The text inquired if I had attempted a $10.80 purchase with my Citizens card at best-buy online-auth. The text provided a "secure link" link to decline if it wasn't me. Firstly, I don't have a Citizens Bank card. Secondly, "best-buy online-auth" doesn't look very legit. Nice try though! ????
