Who called me from this phone number (301) 778-9820

got a call from 301-778-9820 saying they were publishers clearing house. then started asking all kinds of personal questions. I stopped him and said why are you asking these types of questions. I said I would answer if not too personal & he hung up. Obvious scam!!
