received call today and man started asking questions about paper money and checks and asking if we put them in the microwave to sanitize. LOL sure, that is what we do...... just annoying questions and would not get to the point of him calling. Told him he was messing with my time and money by asking dumb questions. he then became very rude. IF and a big IF this is a credit card processing company, YOUR TRAINING SUCKS and you will NEVER EVER have my business!
