Who called me from this phone number (301) 691-3106

Just like those many scam calls which was about reducing your interest rate. Caller had an Indian accent. I didn't reply nor say a word. I hung up. My phone had said the call was from Poolesville Maryland. My call was during June 23 at 2:26 pm.
