"Justin Harper calling, interested in buying properties in your area. Call 301-494-8637 if you have one to sell." That call back number 301-494-8637 is a known robocall number, which is why they used the caller id of phone number 223-206-2214 as an alias in an attempt to fool caller id.
Pre-recorded message (because each voicemail they leave sounds exactly the same) from some guy at an unnamed company "looking to partner with our company and do a joint venture of sorts" with a 50/50 profit split. They also claim to be doing a "free" credit building software, but you can upgrade to automate whatever process it is they're using for business credit building. Even the guy they paid to do the voice recording doesn't seem to know what sort of service he's supposed to be selling... not that he seems interested in actually promoting/selling it anyway. Oh, and whoever's behind this keeps leaving two voicemails in a row. At least it's always after hours so we don't have to worry about answering the call.
They screen who they call before speaking. I answer with authority and they hang up. Most likely scam or fraud. Avoid and block!
They prey on the elderly. Called and told my mother she has a false debt and tried to get her information. I'm glad I took the phone he got very nasty and says I can't speak with him without authorization I said she is right here. He got very nasty I did too and I then hung up the phone. BE AWARE! SCAMMERS ARE DISGUSTING PEOPLE!
