Presume it is a Spanish speaking telemarketer. Calls my cell phone ALL THE TIME!! I told them to get lost and take me off their call list. I can't understand them anyway, so they probably don't understand me or don't want to understand me. If you are going to call, then at least speak the darn language!!! This has been going on for well over a month - every single day. So tired of it!!!
Hundreds of calls over a span of just over a month or so, including early mornings and late nights. Absolute harrassment. Spanish speaking men and women with a different story/scam each time. DirectTV/AT&T services/ IRS money owed / soc sec fraud so I need to pay a fine to have it cleared /etc etc. Will not remove my # from their list. The number online shows it is registered under a Carlos Enrrique. They get upset when you call and just scream in the phone, or threaten to sue and tell them the police have traved the number hahaha. Everyone call and spam them so they can have a taste of their own medicine. I am so fed up with being harrassed by them that I am losing my mind.

It's been going on for me for over two years. The call just about every day and often several times a day. When I do answer the my 'phone they won't talk just hang up. Sometimes they start talking to me in another language most likely Spanish and I tell them they have the wrong number. Then they call back a few hours later again and again every day for over two years. I think also a few months ago I called that number back and argued with them for a few minutes and I think one of them said they're "Dish Latino" or something like that. That's a subsidiary company for COMCAST cable t.v.
