Who called me from this phone number (301) 246-3496

I received a call which showed unknown and I didn't answer. Called it back and it stated that theibe is not accepting calls at this time. They left a pre recorded message stating I had a lawsuits pending from the IRS legal department. It was rude too. I'm not eligible to file taxes due to my limited income therefore I will be calling the IRS. Is anyone else receiving these calls?
