they called and threatened me saying they had all my bank account numbers and SS number and if i didn't wire money they would make my life miserable.

This is definitely a scam. Said they wanted to refund money from April 2016 - two years ago.

its a scam stating they are moving to the UK and want to give you a refund for online IT repair that you used. They want access to your paypal account, then state the refund process is not working, then they want access to your bank account. Then he says, he made a mistake with the refund amount. Messing with your accounts. DO NOT CALL. SCAM.
