Who called me from this phone number (281) 953-0476

Actually not real sure exactly what its about because every time i answered the phone (they 3 times on a minute and a half) and it was was constant loud beeping. No voice at all. After the third tine, i blocked the number and 2 minutes later they called from a different number.
