Received a call stating they were coming to my home address to serve a Notice of Intent and that if I didn't know what it was concerning, I needed to call 866-720-1345 and reference #1167763. When I called that number, I was informed it's in reference to a Bank Levy and threatened me and said this was not a joke and that I needed to be more mature and pay things as I agreed.
Just got a call from them they are debt collector try to scare you and say they have a civil right case against you if you dont pay just ignore
I and 4 family members received calls from 281-824-3185 and 281-824-3245. Danielle from Process Service Dispatch again threatened legal action against 1 of us saying: “This is Danielle from Process Service Dispatch. This is the second attempt to contact you regarding a pending civil complaint in Harris County. Someone will be coming this afternoon to your last known address of (stated). If you will not be there to sign it’s in your best interest to call us at 866-926-1089.” The calls came within minutes of each other. Where they got all of our phone numbers and addresses is a mystery and it is truly frightening our elder family members.
