Who called me from this phone number (281) 624-0023

Had fun with whoever this was. First starts out with a recording, but if you press the magic button, you can speak to a HEAVILY accented man saying he's an agent with SSI and that my social security number has been compromised and being used by someone else. Saying he's on a recorded line, gives me some name I can't understand and his "badge number". I string him along for like 15 minutes, playing stupid, then when I get bored, I tell him to take me off his company's call list and hang up.
