Who called me from this phone number (281) 601-1991

Gave me a reference number and phone number to call regarding an alleged debt I owe. I have an 850 credit score I get constant updates for from my legitimate creditors, I check my credit reports several times a year, and have no past due accounts. This is absolutely a scam.
