Who called me from this phone number (281) 560-4159

Scammer telling me they are coming to arrest me for an outstanding debt to the IRS. Funny, last year I got a refund.....hahaha Criminals, they should be in jail. EVERYBODY knows that the IRS will NEVER call you.
