Live male, claims to be calling from Comcast Business. Our business doesn't use Comcast, so I told him we don't have time to talk to salespeople. He said he wasn't a salesperson and asked to speak to the owner. I told him she didn't have time to talk to salespeople either. He then became verbally abusive and started screaming at me, calling me names, telling me I didn't "have the right to decide who he talks to" and I said actually, deciding whether or not someone gets to talk to the boss IS part of my job description and told him to remove our number from his call list. He hung up on me. He called back about 5 minutes later, tried the same script, realized he was talking to me again, started screaming and insulting me again. I told him I was reporting him to the FTC and again told him not to call back. He hung up. He called a third time but hung up as soon as he realized he got me again. Safe to say this guy is not actually calling from Comcast.
