Who called me from this phone number (281) 360-7890

Calls all the time about my credit cards....they say that if you press 3 they will stop calling you. Well we all know that doesn't do anything. I have had it ....and I don't think they really live in Texas....just got a lot of numbers when people gave up their home phones!
