They have called me repeatedly throughout the day for the past few weeks, including on weekends and fairly late into the evening (up until the 9 PM limit). Quite annoying.

CID is KWN. More than 8 calls received from them in the last 3 days. Just now answered one for the 1st time and they asked for my partner who I reported as being 'unavailable' and asked to take a message. They very quickly said "Oh, there is no message." and then terminated the call. It seemed as though 'KWN' is not desirous of sharing their information.
