I got the call they tried to say the same as others and if I settled today it wouldn't go to court and I said I will talk to my lawyer they said good luck I said thanks.

Got a robocall, stating I was a responsible party in a legal matter, that if I did not return the call, further legal action would be taken.

They threatened to file in court unless I pay them today for an old pay day loan they claim I defaulted on. I have never had a pay day loan. Total scam. Refused to send validation of debt. DONT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY.

This is another number used by Mutual Recovery. I filed a complaint with the FTC. Their investigation determined that it was fraudulent from an old payday loan that I didn't have. I called the original creditor who said that the payday loan didn't exist. Be careful.
