Got the same computer sounding voice stating that they had my social security # and driver's license # and if I didn't call back this #, my social security would be blocked

A recording (feminine voice, no expression, sounded like text-to-speech) stating that there was a complaint with my SS# and my driver's license # and that they would be legally blocked if I don't call them back.
