Got a recorded message from an entity that said Pharm Pre-Approval Service. The recorded message said that the call was from my insurance companies pharmacy representative. They asked me to confirm my name (they said my name) which I replied Yes. They then asked me to enter my DOB which I did not do and hung up.

Received a phone call from Pharm Prior Auth 267-954-2897 today January 28, 2025. Automated call said I had a RX prior authorization.
Received a phone call from Pharm Prior Auth 267-954-2897 today January 3, 2025. Automated call said I had a RX prior authorization. Not thinking, I gave my date of birth. I'm kicking myself! System said my prescription had been approve and I could now get it filled. They also left another number if I needed more information 844-203-3796. Since it didn't tell me what prescription, I called this number. They wanted my name and phone number, which I did not give. But this was not to inquire about prescription, it was to put me on a do not call this. Also, another robot call. I called my insurance company, and they don't even have a prior authorization on file for me. NOW WHAT DO I DO? I pray to GOD they don't do anything with my information.

Call woke me up, so I wasn't thinking scam, answered all questions - had name, need verify birth date, I gave, now wondering who, or what info will be used for?? praying not for fraud use- thought was person, guess was robo call. do not give out info.
