Friendly sounding female caller from a company called LAI (LAI also showed up on caller ID) asked to speak to the owner by name. I told her he was unavailable and that I would take a message. She opted not to leave a message and said she would call another time. It's nice to get a call from an actual human, but if you aren't willing to leave a message, then whatever you need to talk about can't be that important. Sorry, but I'm blocking this caller.
