The person kept asking for my name and address but would not identify who they were. They kept saying they would give me that information after I confirmed my identity. I told them that's not how it works bud and hung up. I know I have an outstanding but disputed medical bill so I can only guess a new, more aggressive, collection company bought the debt, but it just felt real scammy.
Have called multiple times. I finally called back and asked what kind of company they were. They would NOT answer the question without my name, which I refused to give. I told them I reported them to the FCC for fraud. Their print menu starts out with, (if you would like to make a payment). Total scam and, or course, you cannot understand anything they are spewing because they are foreign reps.
Called at 8:35 in the morning and left a blank 43 second message on my voice mail.
