The call only included several beeps, possible fax! Called ID: Scam Likely

This Number keeps coming in to our phone lines call center and is blocking our open lines for customers. We are a business for customer service and this is HIGHLY inappropriate and affects the help we can give our customers because it keeps coming in and blocking our lines for legitimate calls. Is there no way to stop this?
