It's not who they say I called my health care people and they told me in most cases the call is about tying to get you to change to a advantage plan

Cigna robocall from 1(267)569-4916 BEWARE! This is the message, Hello, this is cigna calling again for (my name) we are calling again for an important reminder about your prescriptions, we can also help you with retail if you would like, please return our call at 1(833)787-7644 TTY users should call 711, you can call from Monday thru Sunday, from 8am to 8pm Eastern Time. Again the number is 1(833)787-7644 thank you and have a good day. But just 3 months ago, this same phone number, called and it was another Robo call, but it said that it was cigna, and they were calling with an important opportunity to discuss my prescriptions and medical care and how they could help coordinate all of my health care. I only call cigna directly, with the actual verified phone numbers that are on my card, or on my papers. And this is the only way to make sure that you are actually talking to the right people. They had no idea of the calls or numbers, most companies do not call or email you, they will either Mail you or contact u in person, but always use the phone numbers that you know, because they can always get you to the right people. The number 267-569-4916 is a robo call claiming to be Cigna. They are not Cigna. The scary thing is they even knew when my name changed due to marriage. So they have access to our personal information somehow. Do not get scammed by robo calls like this and warn your elderly friends and family who may be more vulnerable to scams like this.

Cigna called wanting me to say (YES) over the phone. It is an 800 number. I NEVER give out personal data or info out to an 800#. Cigna should not even ask for info like that because of all the scamming going on now days. Send a letter or possible talk to a LIVE person. You need to quiz them for verification too. TOO much business trying to be handled by ROBO calls.

The person on the line was talking about pills that my husband supposedly takes!!! It is not on his list. But they were quite willing to call his pharmacy and order it for him. Wish these people would get real jobs and not ones that affect the older generation!! Fran
