Calling from Express something about the parent/guardian of a child (said my child full name) and to confirm, then request to confirm Date of Birth, I hang up.
Recording: saying something about my childs prescription asking me if I was the parent or Guardian of my child (they said my child’s name). Please say yes or no. I didn’t say anything, kept pressing 000 to talk to someone, then asked what number they left a message to, then they can’t find the records blah blah I call bs. Don’t answer.

I have Express Scripts and have been plagued with these calls for sometime. In my ES profile, I have communications set to email but I was still getting calls on a regular bases. I just figured out how to get them to stop. You have to call them and have them turn off phone calls for every member of your family. The phone number that the robocall tells you to call is an automated system but if you keep hitting 0 over and over it will eventually give up and give you the real number to customer support. Call that number and ask them to change the preference to email for all family members and the calls should stop.
