This is Express Scripts. I do use them and this is not SPAM or Scam. They work in conjunction with many insurance companies and pharmacies. They offer a 90 day mail supply of your prescriptions so you do not have to go to the pharmacy.
267-569-4892 states they are express scripts. wanting me to verify my personal information to a robot. I called the number back that was different from where this number was from. told lady to remove my number from calling list she insisted I give her my info to do so. told her they called me and I do not deal with them and refused to give my personal information. n
I have Express Scripts and have been plagued with these calls for sometime. In my ES profile, I have communications set to email but I was still getting calls on a regular bases. I just figured out how to get them to stop. You have to call them and have them turn off phone calls for every member of your family. The phone number that the robocall tells you to call is an automated system but if you keep hitting 0 over and over it will eventually give up and give you the real number to customer support. Call that number and ask them to change the preference to email for all family members and the calls should stop.
Express Scrip Robo Call asking me to say yes or no if they had my name correct. They then asked me to say my birthdate. I put in a fake one and then hung up. I dont use express scripts, never have.
I called express scripts and they had no record of an automated call being sent from them on that date. They said they always enter in your file when they send out an automated call. It is a scam, recording your voice saying 'yes' and getting other identifying data from you to probably use to open accounts in your name.
This is an automated call and asked you to say Yes, they will use this to open accounts or some other things for you since they recorded you said Yes. Just hung up, don't say Yes.
Could be legit, but company not affiliated with my hmo and it's disturbing they knew what active scripts I'm taking, which is clearly a HIPAA violation. FCC and BBB should go after this company. Blocked.

Received robo call ostensibly from my (non-national) health insurance organization asking me to call 833-???-5661 - didn't get the middle numbers. I'm in Oregon, not Pennsylvania.
