Who called me from this phone number (267) 552-8781

Rude, mouthy person asking for someone who doesn't work at our business. They have called 8 times in the last week. When I called the number back, it's just an endless loop of the same 15 seconds of hold music and greeting for 5 minutes, then it says goodbye and you're disconnected.
