Got unwanted call from 267-440-3369?
????
Blue Cross Blue Shields also uses Express scripts as their pharmacy. Express Scripts have called me before saying that they were BC/BS & wanted to go over my meds but didn't have a list. It was a telemarketing ploy to get me switched over to their service. I refuse to call back any more.
This is legitimate. It really is Blue Cross.
I called Blue Cross directly and gave the number 267-440-3369. they confirmed that this is their Prescription Adherence line. they use to see if their insureds are taking their meds properly or if they have needs and questions about their Rx.
It "is" Blue Cross Blue Shield. They left a recorded message asking about medications. They wanted to make sure i was refilling and taking the medications per instructions. They asked about a medication i just had filled, they knew the name of the medication. So I do believe this is a legitimate call from My Insurance provider.
They are using blue cross insurance as a reason for calling. If you have that insurance don't answer.
Phone rang many times, I did not pick up because my VOIP provider flashed "probable SPAM." Went to my VOIP provider's call log and it showed the phone had been answered and connected for 2 minutes with no voicemail left.
