Probing questions, the caller is seeking personal information with an excuse to switch to a different utility company. This is definitely a scam!

Got a call from 267-214-0348 Claiming they were from National Fuel Gas and doing a survey on how customers like them. I didn't feel good so she said she would call back. Believe it's a scam
I just got a call as well and they claimed to be doing surveys for People's Natural Gas. The problem is I am an employee of Peoples Natural Gas and I am unaware of any 3rd party survey companies that work for us. They claimed to be from ??? Resources. If you can remember the 1st name please post it so I can conatct our fraud department. Thank you.

Caller from 267-214-0348 left a message. "Hello, this is Bethany Morris (??), from Research America, calling on behalf of People's Gas Company to ask you a few questions about your recent service. You are welcome to call us at 844-461-2802. Thank you." I did not have a "recent service" from People's Gas Company. Total nuisance call.
