Lucy from "US Capital". Claimed I'd called them around 1 year ago and they wanted to help my business. Talked about cheap rates and other vague services before I hung up.
Constant telemarketing calls. One of the worst offenders of the do-not-call list we've ever seen.
They claim to have something to do with your credit cards. Definitely a scam call.
