Complaints about Phone Numbers262-392-####

Text sent asking me to confirm my name. Sender never identified self. Why would I be stupid enough to reply?

Received call from this number and Caller ID also showed "James Linde". Spoke with accent and said she was from Merchant Services calling about a fraudulent charge from China on VISA card. I did not provide her any info but asked which card to which she replied, "it starts with 4071". I laughed and told her never to call again and blocked the number. Obviously the first four numbers on a card designates the credit company (VISA, MasterCard, etc.).
