Who called me from this phone number (260) 440-7115

Claiming to be a companycalled Business Financial Solutions and someone claiming to be Kristy Perez the address given was Counselors Row , Suite 200 Indianapolis, Indiana this is a vacant suite with the number 9625 and they were claiming that they had an investor to purchase my timeshare and they sent me a letter of intent via email. I researched and I have not found any information that states this company is legit. Everyone please be aware.
