Who called me from this phone number (260) 250-0286

thi is not a robocall as someone else reported ot is a actual person from a call center I recieved on 4/19/19 at 5:43 pm Indiana time. asking for someone who used to have this number. when I asked how they got the number. he just babbled on cussing me out lol I found out the truth how call centers and telemarketers and marketers get your number even if it is a cell phone or land line private number as I got tired of the constant calls at diffrent times almost every other day including on Sundays. I honestly found out how they all do it.
