Who called me from this phone number (260) 202-5784

Got a call from 260-202-5784, then they use other 260 area codes daily like 5-10 times a day. I don't know if they are scammers or bloggers or what. But it seems like our Government needs to do more about this annoying thing that happens when your in a doctor appointment or grocery store. Thank you for your help!
