Who called me from this phone number (260) 202-0281

I received a call from this number from someone 'conducting a survey about hospitals in our area." When I asked if it was a marketing or academic survey, he couldn't answer. When I asked what company was sponsoring the survey, he couldn't answer. Don't necessarily say it was a scam, but probably a sneaky way of doing marketing that skirts the do-no-call registry rules that do permit cold calling for academic research.
