Repetitive call. Finally identified themselves as "Home Protection Services" offering free service in lieu for a sign in yard. When I told them not to call again (as this was the 4th call I'd refused of hung up on, and finally accepted just to find out who was calling after reporting to FTC), their response was "We will [call again]". They have! They wait for me to answer and just hang up on me.
