They’ve called me multiple times, I always hear other people talking on the phone in the background. They were threatening me about contacting my place of employment and residence to sue me over “debt” I’ve already filed bankruptcy on. — Indiana
I got a call today from this phone number 256 346 0698, his name is Gonzalez Espara;he said they filed a civil complaint against me,They are scam artists. This has happened to me over & over again. I am so tired of these people. Please help &thank you Melodie Bales
Threatening to file a complaint on what debt? Calling and leaving messages too many times
Probably a scam call. Prerecorded message with name of person inserted who had my cell number before me (7 years ago), saying will serve a complaint. Asks me to call them back. A couple calls also have included press number to speak to person and when I do and say I am not the person named in the message, they refuse to say who they are, insist I called them so it is my fault and they won't do anything about the calls, and become rude then hang up.

Got a call from 410-384-1131 but left this number as a call back.( 256-346-0698) Same as above...a woman claiming to be notifying someone (never heard of the person before) and that there were 2 legal matters for her. Calls at least once a day.
