Who called me from this phone number (256) 213-7976

I have the number blocked in my phone, but I've received anywhere from 9 calls in a row to 41 in one day. The last time the call happened at 3am. Before I blocked the number, no one would say anything. They'd hang up. Same with the voicemail that gets left. NOTHING. But you can clearly hear someone hang up the phone. When I call back, I get an internet tone.
